Engage!26 Evrima, An Immersive Retreat is unlike any other Engage! event. This intimate retreat is focused on strengthening meaningful connections between 150 like-minded luxury event industry leaders. Through next-level engagement on this exclusive luxury yacht charter, our focus will be on personal development and professional growth, featuring outside-the-industry experts, peer-facilitated discussions, and unique experiences.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ENGAGE!26 Evrima, AN IMMERSIVE RETREAT?

Our first Engage! Yacht Retreat is unique in many ways. The fees to attend will be all-inclusive as they will cover the Engage! Retreat fee and all expenses related to your luxury charter yacht experience for Evrima. Be sure to read through this page for all the details.
The all-inclusive pricing for Engage!26 EVRIMA is as follows:
$15,500 per person inclusive based on single occupancy
$12,000 per person based on double occupancy
$10,500 per person based on triple occupancy

Is there a reduced rate for my 5th or more Engage! event?

Due to the limited number of Retreat attendees, no discounts will be offered for Engage!26 Evrima.

What is included in the "all-inclusive" fee?

These fees include the Engage! Retreat fee and the three-night aboard the luxury superyacht EVRIMA charter voyage fare from San Juan to Anguilla and St. Barth’s in a Terrace Suite. The fee includes all taxes, gratuities, and port fees; unlimited premium food & beverage from when you arrive on the yacht until you disembark (including champagne, wine, beer & spirits, and room service), along with all Engage!  programming, experiences, signature gifting, enrichment, entertainment, and activities. Ground transfers to and from San Juan airport to the port, spa treatments, specialty excursions, reserve-list wine, cigars, and merchandise are not included.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT & DEPOSIT SCHEDULE?

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Single occupancy is $15,500 per person. Attendee will pay three non-refundable payments as follows,
$5000 due at registration; $5250 due April 23, 2025; $5250 due October 23, 2025
*Double occupancy is $12,000 per person. Each attendee will pay three non-refundable payments as follows,
$4,000 due at registration; $4,000 due April 23, 2025; $4,000 due October 23, 2025
*Triple occupancy is $10,500 per person. Each attendee will pay three non-refundable payments as follows,
$3,500 due at registration; $3,500 due April 23, 2025; $3,500 due October 23, 2025
Complete or 50% payment structures are also accepted and can be accommodated during registration.

All registrations will receive PayPal Invoices within 24 hours with a deposit schedule. Payments will be made with a credit card unless you represent a resort/venue/tourism board, in which case a corporate check or wire transfer will be accepted.

Can I transfer a registration / credit from a previous event to this Engage! event?

Yes, if you have a credit from a past Engage! event (within two years), you can apply it to this event as long as space is available. If you are interested in transferring, please email us as soon as possible at engage@engagingconcepts.com as spots are limited. 

You will be given an ‘event key’ to apply the credit when you register. Please note that we are unable to save spots for those with credits from past events, and there will be no refunds for credits not applied during registration.

What if I decide to share with another attendee after registering?

If you register for double occupancy but do not have a roommate, or if you register for single occupancy and add a roommate later, please be aware that we will adjust your payment schedule accordingly. Without a roommate, the cost will be modified to reflect the single occupancy rate. This ensures that everyone is billed fairly based on their accommodation status.

Do people planning to share have to register together or separately?

Either way! If two or three of you register on the same form, please note whether one person plans to pay for all three attendees or each attendee should get their own invoice.

You can also register individually and note on your form with whom you plan to share.

Can I bring a guest to this Engage! event?

Due to limited capacities and the unique nature of the retreat, the entire program for Engage!26 Evrima, An Immersive Retreat with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, is for registered attendees only for this exclusive luxury charter, limiting services and amenities for additional guests. Of course, if you would like to fully register them as an attendee with the double occupancy rate we welcome them! Thank you for understanding.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Attendance at Engage! is non-refundable but transferrable to another individual for the same event. Please refer to our official Terms & Conditions here.

WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?

Registration officially opens for Engage!26 Evrima, An Immersive Retreat on Thursday, August 8th, 2024, at 12:00 pm EDT.

Who is attending and how do you manage the mix of industry categories?

While we do not share the attendee list prior to an event, Engage! attendees include planners and designers, floral designers, luxury resort, hotels and venues, photographers and cinematographers, media, entertainment, and many others– any category that touches the luxury wedding and events industry! 

In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available within that category, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist. We reserve the right to verify registrant industry categories.
